Enjoy an old fashioned Independence Day Celebration with music, food, a fun parade and spectacular fireworks display!

The Red, White & Blue on the Green, Summerville’s Fourth of July Celebration, will be held Saturday, July 4 from 4 to 8 p.m. on Summerville's Town Square. This old fashioned 4th of July celebration focuses on families and FUN! The event include games and activities for all ages, live contests, patriotic face painting, music, jump castles, hotdogs, apple pie and more!

Live Magic Show with Van Doren The Magician at 4:30 p.m.

Live Concert with 60 Cycle Humm from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Patriotic Non-Motorized Parade Open to all!! Come out with your wagons, bicycles, tricycles, rollerblades, baby carriages and the family pet. Prizes will be awarded for Most Patriotic, Most Original and Most Patriotic Pet!
After the parade, don't miss this year's Fireworks Display presented by the Town of Summerville at the Gahagan Sports Complex. The show will start at dusk, around 9:00 p.m.!

10th "Race for the ARK"
(7:45 a.m.) - The 5K Race/1 Mile Walk will benefit The ARK, a provider of family support services to individuals with Alzheimer's or related dementia. 5K start is 7:45 a.m. 1 Mile walk is 8:45 am. The race starts at St. Luke's Lutheran Church on 206 Central Ave. in Summerville.
